These terms govern your use of the Flowdira website and the design, development and AI integration services we provide. By using our site or engaging us for a project, you agree to the terms below.

1. Agreement to terms

Flowdira (“Flowdira”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates flowdira.com and provides website design, web development and AI integration services. These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Flowdira. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our services

We provide professional services including, but not limited to, UI/UX and website design, front-end and full-stack web development, and AI feature integration. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or quote agreed between you and Flowdira, which forms part of these terms.

3. Quotes, fees & payment

• Project pricing is provided as a written quote and is valid for the period stated within it.
• Unless agreed otherwise, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion or per the agreed milestone schedule.
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late or unpaid invoices may pause work and delay delivery.

4. Project scope & revisions

Each engagement includes the deliverables and revision rounds described in the agreed proposal. Work that falls outside the agreed scope — including additional features, pages or revision rounds — may be quoted separately as additional work.

5. Client responsibilities

To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide content, brand assets, access credentials, feedback and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you supply do not infringe the rights of any third party.

6. Intellectual property & ownership

Upon full payment, ownership of the final, delivered work product transfers to you, except for any third-party components, open-source libraries, fonts or services that remain subject to their own licences. Flowdira retains the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Third-party services

Our work commonly relies on third-party platforms and services such as GitHub, Vercel, Cloudflare, content management systems and AI model providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and Flowdira is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing or limitations imposed by those providers.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

We take care to deliver high-quality, well-tested work. However, our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the website or any deliverable will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of all vulnerabilities.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowdira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for that engagement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. On termination, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, liability and governing law — will remain in effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable local law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, where required, the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
